Jennifer Fair’s combination of style, sophistication, elegance and charm paired with stunning vocals continue to make her a favorite with audiences everywhere. She eloquently arranges the World’s greatest romantic melodies into a perfect bouquet of soaring sounds and celestial singing.  Like many performers, Jennifer got her start at an early age in many of the great Broadway children’s musicals.  By the age of 12, she already had over 200 performances of the musical “Annie” under her belt and continued working with this production until the age of 15.  After “Tomorrow” had been “only a day away” for five years and counting, she began competing in state and national vocal competitions and fairing well among her contemporaries.  It was during this time that she became captivated by the power of classical music and opera quickly became her muse.  After completing her degrees in Vocal Music and Political Science at the University of Kentucky, she worked in various opera apprentice programs hoaning her skills and gaining invaluable experience.  She then moved to New York City where she was cast as Anna in a production of “The King and I”  and respectfully earned her membership to the Actor’s Equity Association.  The following year, she was contracted with nationally acclaimed vocal jazz ensemble “Pieces of Eight” under ICM Artist Management.  These jazz studies paved the way into the New York cabaret scene in various clubs including the Bottom Line, the Duplex and Judy’s Chelsea celebrating the music of Duke Ellington and Cole Porter to critical acclaim.  With the help of her musical mentors, her family,  and a desire to diversify her musical interests,  she went on to study and perform with prestigious opera programs such as: The Toscana Opera Festival, The International Opera Festival di Roma, the Opera Orchestra of New York at Carnegie Hall,  Avery Fisher Hall at Lincoln Center, Chautauqua Institute, Brevard Music Center, and many of the nation’s respected regional houses and theatres.  Jennifer is delighted to share a dynamic evening of vocal virtuosity representing a unique variety of style, language, genre, and character all which transpire into a thoroughly enjoyable evening for everyone.
