Matthew has performed live and his music has featured on major television networks Channel 7 & ABCTV in Australia and on BBC in Edinburgh. Matthew has been chosen as guest touring artist with an extraordinary array of International Celebrities including Natalie Cole, The Original Buena Vista Social Club, Billy Connolly, Shirley Bassey and Michael Crawford, performing on major Arena Stages from the Sydney Opera House to Melbourne Concert Hall. Matthew has also personally performed for his Holiness the Dalai Lama at the Parliament of World Religions.

Matthew is unique in his mastery of many diverse guitar styles. Having completed 2 degrees in music and studying with world masters Paco Pena, John Williams, Leo Kottke, Tommy Emmanuel, Matthew embraces Spanish Classical, Flamenco, Fingerstyle, Latin and contemporary guitar. Matthew is also a phenomenal multi -instrumentalist performing on instruments from the unique 10 String Guitar, Celtic Steel String Guitar, Electric Guitar, Banjo, Ukulele and Mandolin.

WORKSHOPS
Matthew has directed successful Festivals and performed and conducted Ukulele workshops at Major Festivals and Ukulele Clubs Internationally . An extra, fun and entertaining activity Matthew offers Is Ukulele workshops. With the extraordinary recent popularity of the ukulele On Matthew’s recent cruise as guest entertainer, a group of passengers brought their own ukuleles on board and Matthew offered ukulele workshops to them which were warmly received. This is a popular activity for guests who already have their ukulele or Matthew has a kit of 20 ukuleles available to bring with him.
